Follow these steps:
Step 1.
Family/Support Network – Reach out to family members, your health insurance company, or friends who may be able to help you in obtaining your prescriptions.
Step 2.
Mail Delivery through Local Pharmacy – You may be able to have your prescription medications delivered through the mail by your personal pharmacy. Here is a list of available resources or call your local pharmacy to ask about mail delivery options. Ask how you can receive enough medications to cover 60 or 90 days. Your Family/Support Network or other advocates may help you set up mail delivery of your medications.
Step 3.
Door-to-Door Delivery through Local Pharmacy – Prescription medications may also be delivered directly to your home from your local pharmacy. Here is a list of available resources or call your local pharmacy to ask about door to door delivery options. Ask how you can receive enough medications to cover 60 or 90 days. Your Family/Support Network or other advocates may help you set up door-to-door delivery of your medications.
Step 4.
Volunteer Driver System – If you are still in need of home delivery of your prescription medications, contact Make the Ride Happen at (920) 225-1719 or maketheridehappen.org. This is a network of volunteer drivers serving Calumet, Outagamie and Winnebago Counties. There may be a fee for this service and it may not be available in all areas.

Other Mail Order – Some pharmacies are mail order only, with no physical store front. Call your health insurance company to see if there is an option for mail order prescriptions or here is a list of available resources.

In late January, the Biden Administration announced a new COVID19 Special Enrollment Period between February 15th and May 15th that will allow uninsured individuals and families to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan (known more commonly as full medical insurance). This period will also allow anyone who is enrolled in a Marketplace or off-Marketplace plan to switch their coverage, too.
