Partnership Community Health Center, Inc. (PCHC) aims to take care of the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. We offer integrated behavioral health services in our primary care and dental locations. We have a team of mental health professionals (Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)) who provide individual, family, couples, and therapy at PCHC. Our Behavioral Health Consultants (BHC) provide collaborative behavioral health services.
During the current COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is continuing to provide a diverse array of services.
Calumet County Department of Health and Human Services (CCDHHS) is HFS 34, Level III-Certified as an Emergency Mental Health Service Program. Licensed therapists and other mental health professionals provide crisis intervention services 24 hours a day. Persons experiencing a crisis situation after hours should call 920-849-9317 (Chilton) or 920-832-4646 (Appleton).
Catalpa Health offers comprehensive mental health services for kids from birth through age 18, and their families. Services include, but are not limited to, therapy and psychiatry (medication management). For the safety of the kids and families Catalpa serves, in alignment with State and CDC guidelines, all mental health services are now being provided via tele-health and can be accessed via video or audio (phone or computer).
In addition to serving existing Catalpa Health client families, Catalpa is available to serve new families seeking care as well. Same-week appointments can be made by calling (920) 750-7000.
The Center for Suicide Awareness is a non-profit organization that offers support groups for all ages of those who have lost a loved one to suicide, those who have attempted suicide, and for family members. We offer presentations for schools in helping students cope and know warning signs of suicide. We also offer training for educators, healthcare professionals, police, the video gaming community and others.
