Emergency Assistance: • custodial parent of at least one minor (child under 18 years old) • have not gotten Emergency Assistance within the last 12 months • income requirements • behind on rent or utilities, homeless, or have an eviction notice
FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET): • 18 or older and currently receiving FoodShare (QUEST card)
Wisconsin Works (W-2): • 18 or older • parent of at least one minor child (under 18 years old) • U.S. citizen and WI resident, unless a migrant worker • income requirements • non-financial requirements
Emergency Assistance: If you’re homeless, about to lose your home, or have a disconnection notice, you may qualify for Emergency Assistance.
