How to Access Services

Feeling confused, lonely, or just need to talk to someone? Your community is here for you and ready to connect. See below for options:

Option 1. Family/Support Network
Reach out to family members, friends, or neighbors who may also be looking for someone to talk to. If this is not possible right now, try Option 2.

Option 2. Call Leaven’s Emotional CPR Warmline
If you are feeling alone and afraid or just want to connect with another human being, Leaven’s Emotional CPR Warmline is now LIVE! The Warmline listeners are not clinicians, but are CPR trained listeners who want to listen to what you are going through. Call (920) 931-2572 to connect. See Option 3 for another way to connect.

Option 3. Sign up for the Fox Cities Phone Pal Program
The Phone Pals program provides friendly phone calls to people who just want to talk to someone, or to get help connecting to resources in the community. You can also receive regular check-in calls from your phone pal, if desired. If you, or someone you know, would like to receive a call from a Phone Pal volunteer, call 920-832-9360, 8am-4:30pm M-F to sign up, and a Phone Pal will reach out to you as soon as possible. Option 4. United Way’s 2-1-1 Resource Referral Line
United Way’s 2-1-1 Resource Referral Line is always here for you to help you access local resources and services that you may need. Simply dial 2-1-1 anytime day or night, 7 days a week for free, confidential assistance, or visit the 2-1-1 website .
